Today is Ruth’s Birthday! Happy birthday my dear Ruth. Even though she is gone she was a vital part of the Prospector’s history. I would like us all to remember her fondly as she moves into her own new era and We are now in our own new era. I have been gone to china prospecting the new frontier. My second attempt to bring real Napoletana pizza to Mainland China. The project is underway with a few bumpy spots in the road but it will smooth out as the road stretches out in front of us. I will be home to bring a new and interesting concept to the Prospector and Twain Harte. Something I think no one has ever seen before. Let’s go! Where no one has gone before a fusion of Italian pizza and the roots of pasta. La mian hand stretched noodles! Combined with the forerunner of ravioli called xiao long bao and baozi. Plus some grilled seasoned meats and vegetables. So keep your eyes right here for the grand opening of the all new Prospector with food to go and as always an eclectic selection of wines, beers and now soju too. So come on let’s give it a go.
