Welcome to the Prospector’s unique dining experience! Our menu is designed for wine and food

pairing, as well as extended dining. We table share. So be prepared to meet new

friends and share your table!

Please order as if all food will be shared with your party. Our food comes very slowly and one

item at a time to be consumed moderately, communally, slowly, and with wine.

We encourage everyone to order food that can be consumed on premise. When you are ready,

We are transitioned to on premises dining only.  Thank you  your support of the take out project during the chaotic times of the recent past.  Tonight we have extremely limited ability to accommodate parties of 5 or 6 so we recommend parties of 4.  Reminder that we never take groups larger than six, not split in two tables and not 6 and a baby.  Please respect our policy, if we determine you have tried to circumvent  our policy you will be asked to leave.   Do not challenge this policy, please so we can maintain a pleasant dining experience

We are implementing take out for pick up pizza and food. This menu will be updated daily

Preferred payment by Venmo @Robert-Martin-318. or cash app: $qiatsu. If you pay with either cash app or Venmo we will bring your order out to you vehicle.
