Barrel aged feta filled fillo pastry with Duqqa nut and spice mixture
Hand made cavatelli with tomatoes, Tuscan kale and Sicilian fennel sausageKiwi-Lime Sorbet

72 hour slow cooked beef with bone marrow sauce and bordelaise syrup
Golden turnips and steamed greens

Citrus and onion salad with butter lettuce and Orange vinaigrette

Chocolate caramel rum trifle

The Prospector Valentine’s Day Dinner 2014

In past years we’ve focused on communal dining at Valentine’s Day.  Last year we did only tables of two.  This year we are combining the communal idea with the tables of two idea; however, we do offer the option of four.  Seating is limited and seating times varied.  We recommend allowing enough time to arrive promptly for your reservation.We are now accepting reservations for two or four with a credit card deposit for Friday February 14, 2014.  Tables of two share a table with another couple.  Please have menu choices and credit card ready when making your reservation.

$150 per couple, not including tax or gratuity
Wine pairing $25 per person includes 4 course appropriate wines or bottles of wine at $36

Last day for reservations Sunday February 9.  Please call 209 586-1313  leave your name and a number where you can be reached, we will return your call promptly
