Welcome to the Prospector‚Äôs unique dining experience.   Our menu is designed for everyone to have a little of each item ordered, such as a salad, a pizza and a small plate, this will provide a few bites for each 2-4 persons. For the most efficient delivery of your food items, order everything at the beginning of your meal.   We table share.  So be prepared to meet new friends and share your table!

Please order as if all food will be shared with your party.  Our food comes very slowly and one item at a time to be consumed moderately, communally, slowly, and with wine.

‚ĚĄ-one of a kind like a snowflake*-Njuda- is a particularly spicy, spreadable pork from Italy. It is very similar to sobrassada from the Balearic Islands in Spain. It is typically made with parts of the pig such as the shoulder and belly.

Days and Hours: Tuesday – Sunday 5pm – 8:30pm

On premise dining:  50% capacity or as necessary to stay safe and compliant.  We have very limited space available so please call as far in advance as possible

Reservations Necessary call 209 268-0851 Seatings at 5pm 6:30pm 7:45pm  Please have a credit card number available to secure your reservation.  If you no show or cancel without at least 24 hour notice your card will be billed $25

Party of 4 or less  On premise dining will be primarily Pizza and salad and a new list of appetizer size plates.  For information regarding larger parties or catered private functions please email:  theprospectorworldwideinc@gmai.com 

Prospector Plate meals:  Order and pay for our Plate meal on Monday for pickup on Wednesday  Order and pay for on Wednesday for pickup on Friday or Saturday  Orders must be received on the appropriate order day by 9pm.
