Welcome to the Prospector’s unique dining experience.   Our menu is designed for everyone to have a little of each item ordered, such as a salad, a pizza and a small plate, this will provide a few bites for each 2-4 persons. For the most efficient delivery of your food items, order everything at the beginning of your meal.   We table share.  So be prepared to meet new friends and share your table!

Please order as if all food will be shared with your party.  Our food comes very slowly and one item at a time to be consumed moderately, communally, slowly, and with wine.  

We encourage everyone to order food that all can be consumed on premise.  Counter service.  When you are ready, come up to the counter to order.   Please, if you are in a hurry come back when you are not.  If you have any food restrictions whatsoever, please ask us if there is anything we can do for you.  We will give you a definitive answer of No or Yes on the spot; however, do not ask us to change any existing menu item in any way.    See our current and past menus online at http://www.woodovencuisine.com

Prospector Compliance Policies and Procedures for dining

Days and Hours: Tuesday – Sunday 5pm – 8:30pm

On premise dining:  50% capacity or as necessary to stay safe and compliant.  We have very limited space available so please call as far in advance as possible

Reservations Necessary call 209 268-0851 Seatings at 5pm 6:30pm 7:45pm  Please have a credit card number available to secure your reservation.  If you no show or cancel without at least 24 hour notice your card will be billed $25

Party of 4 or less  On premise dining will be primarily Pizza and salad and a new list of appetizer size plates.  For information regarding larger parties or catered private functions please email:  theprospectorworldwideinc@gmai.com 

Prospector Plate meals:  Order and pay for our Plate meal on Monday for pickup on Wednesday  Order and pay for on Wednesday for pickup on Friday or Saturday  Orders must be received on the appropriate order day by 9pm. Call 209 783-8589  please state meal for how many people plate price averages about $15 + tax  per person

Prospector Take Out (club members only)

The Prospector take out menu will be provided upon receipt of the take out club member application.  For instructions on how to become a member and be eligible to receive take out please send an email requesting an application to BobbymartinosIlovepizza@gmail.com
