Welcome to the Prospector’s unique dining experience. Our menu is designed for everyone to have a little of each item ordered, such as a salad, a pizza and a plate, this will provide a few bites for each 2-4 persons. For the most efficient delivery of your food items, order everything at the beginning of your meal. We table share. So be prepared to meet new friends and share your table!
Please order as if all food will be shared with your party. Our food comes very slowly and one item at a time to be consumed moderately, communally, slowly, and with wine.
We encourage everyone to order food that all can be consumed on premise. Counter service. When you are ready, come up to the counter to order. Please, if you are in a hurry come back when you are not. If you have any food restrictions whatsoever, please ask us if there is anything we can do for you. We will give you a definitive answer of No or Yes on the spot; however, do not ask us to change any existing menu item in any way. $24/Chef’s Selection: We have seen recently that the desire for those of you who are new to The Prospector are trending along with those of you who have patronized us for many years with increasing demand for and extreme pleasure derived from our improvisational food prepared especially for you off the top of our heads, creating a one of a kind plate that accompanies the pizzas and salads making this the most interesting dining venue compared with the same ol restaurants. We create and prepare outside the normal parameters of cookie cutter menus you all are familiar with. So don’t be afraid, try one of our plates created by the mind behind and the collaboration of all our combined experiences in eating. All aboard!
