Welcome to the Prospector’s unique dining experience.   Our menu is designed for everyone to have a little of each item ordered, such as a salad, a pizza and a plate, this will provide a few bites for each 2-4 persons. For the most efficient delivery of your food items, order everything at the beginning of your meal.   We table share.  So be prepared to meet new friends and share your table!

Please order as if all food will be shared with your party.  Our food comes very slowly and one item at a time to be consumed moderately, communally, slowly, and with wine.  

We encourage everyone to order food that all can be consumed on premise.  Counter service.  When you are ready, come up to the counter to order.   Please, if you are in a hurry come back when you are not.  If you have any food restrictions whatsoever, please ask us if there is anything we can do for you.  We will give you a definitive answer of No or Yes on the spot; however, do not ask us to change any existing menu item in any way.    See our current and past menus online at

Share Plate


$24/Chef,s selection an eclectic creation from the mind behind .  The chef will brainstorm, concoct, invent and then throw together this dreamed up epicurean delight especially for you.  We can make vegetarian/vegan or carnivorous. Leave it to us and enjoy the pizza while we prepare the plate that will reveal the secrets of the universe from its consumption.  LOL
