Currried chicken arancini:  fried risotto ball filled with Uyghur curried chicken

Second course
Cold beef and cilantro salad

Third course
Hand rolled pasta with slow cooked organic meatballs of beef, lamb and bison.

Fourth course
Chocolate panna cotta with raspberry sauce.
