Welcome to 2017!  I personally want to thank everyone who has continued to support The Prospector.  I really appreciate the love and support from all of you.  I continue to commit to producing the same interesting array of foods from around the world with a wood oven twist.  Likewise, I will continue the passion of Napoletana Pizza bringing true pizza to the Sierra Foothills just as the Italian immigrants would have remembered from their homeland.

Because of all of you, I will continue to persevere providing a refreshing change from the ordinary American dining experience.  Thanks to all of you!!
