This year will be a culmination of the last years fusion dishes

We will have available tables for two or four only

Wok seared sesame garlic green beans

Rack of Lamb Chops  Truffled Mash and puree  of  beets, carrots and watercress

Salad of Red shiso, green onion and white radish with lychee vinaigrette

Chocolate cupcake filled with peanut butter cream and ganache frosting
