Hello all!

Back at the helm after a 4 month reprieve.  I want to thank everyone for your continued support during the months of my absence.  Now I am gearing up to produce some great sharing plates and of course wonderful pizza.  If you have not been here for a while or even if you have, come out for a night of great food and wine to match.  The Prospector is alive and well preparing for some wonderful foods and wine for the holiday season.  Can’t wait to see you soon!!
