The Prospector of Twain Harte Presents our 6th Annual Valentine’s Day Dinner

We are now accepting reservations for tables of two with a credit card deposit for Thursday February 14, 2013.
Any cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the current price of the menu per person unless we are able to fill your reservation. Our team has already committed to purchasing your ingredients for you by that time.

1st course: Farro leek soup

2nd course: Truffled salpicon ravioli

3rd course: Lime pineapple granita

4th course: Choice of …..

Bacon wrapped rabbit loin with chanterelles and corn pudding
Veal Zingara with truffle sauce, gold potato puree and prosciutto and black truffles
Spelt risotto with beet & horseradish

5th course: Orange, red onion and avocado salad with yuzu vinaigrette

6th course: Carrot cake with cream cheese icing, candied walnut crunch, black raisin coulis, carrot gelee and cinnamon ice cream or Queen of Sheba chocolate cake

$150 per couple, not including tax or gratuity
Wine pairing $25 per person includes 5 tastes of course appropriate wines or bottles of wine at $36
