Osso Bucco:  Braised veal shank slow cooked 56 hours then finished in our wood oven served with demi-glace, rapini with saba and polenta cake

Braised beef short ribs cooked 72 hours then oven browned and  served with brussels sprouts and oven fried whipped potatoes

Red rice risotto with Italian sausage, onions, roasted garlic, basil and parmesan

House Salad:  Mixed greens tossed with white balsamic raspberry vinaigrette

Caesar finger Salad

a cozy warm fire and a whole lot more!
